Model MA-82X15 solid-state local oscillator, consisting of one transistor and diode, is designed for use in X-band radar systems. It operates in the 9.2-gc. frequency range with a 10-mw. minimum power output, 20 mw. being typical. The oscillator is mechanically and electrically tunable with a tuning range of ±25 mc. and ±50 mc.
